With a broken boiler and a contractor having walked away from the job, Dave came the day after we called, quickly assessed the situation, and put together a reasonable proposal on site. Two days later the water heater failed: They showed up the next morning with a new one, replaced and replumbed it, and we had hot water by lunch. Once the new boiler came in (slowed down by supply chain issues), it was installed quickly in spite of the snowstorm and has worked perfectly since. These guys are old school: Get the job done and do it right. No excuses.
